What to Do If You Forget Two-Step Verification Password

Passkey Set

If you have set up a Passkey, you can use it instead of two-step verification to sign in.

Recovery Email Set

If you've set up a recovery email and can receive emails normally:

  1. Click "Forgot Password"
  2. Enter the one-time verification code received in recovery email
  3. Complete the two-step verification removal process

Other Device Logged In

If you haven't set up a recovery email but are logged in on another device:

  1. Request to remove two-step verification from the logged-in device
  2. After 7 days, two-step verification will be automatically removed

Unrecoverable Situations

If you neither set up a recovery email nor have other logged-in devices, unfortunately, as we cannot verify your identity and you opted out of setting a recovery email during setup, we are unable to help you recover this account. We suggest registering a new account to re-establish contact with your friends. If there's no login record within your set auto-delete period, the system will automatically delete this account.
